Customer Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted travel advisor providing accurate flight information through various communication channels
Manage communication requests and craft operational messages related to travel waivers and advisories
Collaborate with business partners to monitor flights and create tailored messaging for customers and employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Communications or a related field
2+ years of communications-related experience
Experience in the airline or travel industry
Flexibility to work various shifts to support a 24 / 7 operation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
