Business Account Manager

A company is looking for a Business Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business account relationships, serving as the primary contact for existing accounts

Conduct regular outreach to business customers and manage follow-up communications

Assist with order management, account maintenance, and liaise between clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of air filters and HVAC systems

Comprehensive knowledge of Pipedrive and Supplybuy

Familiarity with Django Admin and Customer Dashboard

General knowledge of Gmail, ZoomInfo, Google Suite, and Microsoft 360

Experience in managing client communications and relationships
