Aquatics Pool Manager – Summer Employment Opportunity

Ready to take the lead this summer? Wichita Park & Recreation is seeking motivated, responsible individuals to serve as Pool Managers and help oversee daily operations at our community pools.

Position Summary:
Pool Managers are responsible for supervising staff, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, and managing the day-to-day operations of the facility. This leadership role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, organized, and passionate about aquatics and community service.

Minimum Age: 18 years or older

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support lifeguards, cashiers, and aquatics staff

• Ensure the safety of all patrons by enforcing pool rules and policies

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Handle customer service concerns and respond to incidents professionally

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and staff schedules

• Ensure facility cleanliness and readiness for daily use

• Coordinate with Aquatics leadership on operations and programming
