Location: Kansas, Missouri, Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma, Springfield, IL

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive Travel (80% to 90% of the time) across the U.S. with occasional trips to Canada. A company vehicle will be provided, and you may travel by car or plane, lodging in company-approved hotels for safety while assisting customers.
• Service, repair, and start-up of Trojan's advanced water treatment systems at various customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring optimal performance of systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide effective solutions that enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3-5 years of experience in Field Service, ideally involving water treatment processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, WAGO, Siemens), gates, and actuators.
• Proven success in collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Operations teams, and external contractors.
• A valid driver's license and passport for travel in the U.S. and Canada.

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $33 to $38, with eligibility for bonus pay. A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance, is available to eligible employees.
