Your Role as a Sales Representative - Flexible Schedule - (Evenings / Nights)
As an essential part of our customer-focused team, you’ll engage with customers through multiple communication channels, using empathy and sales skills to deliver positive outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone, chat, email, or social media
- Resolve inquiries with professionalism, escalating when necessary
- Assist customers with questions, account details, and secure transactions
- Record and organize information for reporting and quality tracking
- Offer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and service quality
- Meet and exceed defined sales and service targets

Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of Windows-based computer systems
- A college background is beneficial but not required
