In this role, you will offer in-store merchandising support to Retailers, ensuring the needs of shoppers are met. This involves creating displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and monitoring inventory to help stores and suppliers boost sales. Daily Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Representative:

Sell programs and manage extra inventory; arrange products on shelves
Build relationships with decision-makers during each store visit
Achieve Key Performance Indicators for each period
Travel through assigned territory to complete store visits on time
Submit reports accurately and promptly

About You

Must be 18 years or older
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Sales, merchandising, retail, or CPG experience is preferred
Able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Required to document work using a company-provided tablet
Need reliable transportation for travel within assigned territory
Capable of transporting displays and equipment
