Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Consultant

  • Execute daily outreach to promote and sell the full AT&T product suite, including AT&T Fiber Internet, AT&T Wireless plans, and AT&T streaming TV services.
  • Conduct personalized consultations to identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T bundles for home connectivity, mobile data, and entertainment.
  • Manage the complete AT&T sales cycle from initial contact through to service activation and account setup.
  • Document all customer interactions, service selections, and sales outcomes accurately in our company's CRM system.
  • Analyze your territory's performance data for AT&T product penetration and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with our support team to resolve AT&T service inquiries and ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry-Level Sales Consultant

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, outreach, or sales—ideally within telecom, utilities, or subscription-based services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain service offerings clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital workflow tools, with a proven ability to manage account data, track service requests, and coordinate campaign tasks accurately.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, service timelines, and team activities with consistency and precision.
