We partner closely with AT&T to introduce customers to high-quality wireless products while ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, clarity, and exceptional support. We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Entry Level Account Manager to join our team.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will help customers explore wireless options, answer questions with outstanding customer service, and guide them through upgrades, features, and available services. The Entry Level Account Manager role is perfect for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and developing sales skills in the fast-paced wireless industry. Every Entry Level Account Manager receives hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within Radiant Consulting.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and educating them on AT&T internet wireless devices, plans, and sales upgrades as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Recommend internet and wireless products and services that match customer needs, delivering a highly personalized customer service experience
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of features, promotions, and new releases to support a strong sales performance as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Process orders efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service
- Keep detailed documentation of all interactions to ensure smooth ongoing customer service and future support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T internet and wireless technology to confidently assist customers in the Entry Level Account Manager role
- Uphold company policies, ensuring all transactions are completed professionally and with exceptional customer service
Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Previous experience in management, sales, or customer service is a plus for the Entry Level Account Manager
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to customers with varying levels of internet and wireless knowledge
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives as an Entry Level Account Managers in a growing telecommunications environment
- Solution-oriented mindset with an interest in technology and helping customers through high-quality customer service
- Time management skills and attention to detail are required to maintain efficient customer service and accurate sales order processing
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation recommended
