WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will create opportunities and build trust with homeowners in storm-affected and aging-roof areas. This is a professional, face-to-face role where you will:

• Engage with homeowners to identify roofing needs
• Educate customers on damage, options, and next steps
• Schedule free inspections with experienced specialists
• Support homeowners through the insurance process
• Train weekly with leaders who want you to win

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

• Training Phase: $500–$750 per week paid training
• Sales Representative: $6,000–$12,000 per month
• Roofing Specialist: $9,000–$18,000 per month
• Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
• Regional Manager: $350,000+ annually
