Duties
- Achieve sales quotas
- OEM account strategy
- Familiar with applicable codes and standards for products
- Stays current on new product developments
- Maximizes business potential in the assigned territory and existing accounts
- Achieves ultimate customer satisfaction
- Business degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing
- 3 or more years of field sales experience
- Strong sales presentation skills
- Prior experience with OEM customers desired
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Product development experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Up to 40 percent travel
- The successful candidate must reside or be able to relocate to the Wichita area
