Position Overview

As a Sales and Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized assistance to ensure they find the right solutions for their projects. In this dynamic position, you will:

• Welcome and greet every customer with a positive attitude.
• Utilize our tools to gain product knowledge and offer informed recommendations.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from qualification to closing the sale.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing shopping environment in your assigned area.
• Collaborate effectively with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates, ensuring a cohesive team effort.
• Adhere to safety policies and standards, actively contributing to a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Your role may encompass various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. The position may involve roles such as Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, or Customer Order Specialist.
