Lead Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description

A leading firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its team of talented engineers. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to guide design processes and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate design teams for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and roadway developments.
• Assist in defining project schedules and budgetary needs.
• Contribute to and drive business development initiatives.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; knowledge of Microstation and hydrology/hydraulics software is advantageous.
• Active PE licensure.
• At least 3 years of experience in providing technical leadership.

Compensation

• Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000.
• 401k plan with employer matching.

• Performance-based bonus structure with potential for profit sharing.
