Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining quality control throughout all projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor project teams to achieve goals.
• Manage the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
• Conduct cost analyses and implement changes to meet financial objectives.
• Communicate progress and changes to senior management, partners, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
• Oversee quality control for all assignments.
• Engage in design concept development and review proposed changes.
