Responsibilities of Branch Sales Executive
- Interact with clients, discuss their projects, endorse our products, and enthuse customers about their buying decisions.
- Exceed customer expectations with superior service and assistance that goes above and beyond.
- Maintain the stocked condition of designated zones, making sure they are orderly, enticing, and secure for customers.
- Collude with supervisors and teammates to achieve sales objectives successfully.
- Assist customers with their purchases by operating the point of sale system during checkout.
- Conclude customer exchange and refund processes based on predetermined guidelines.
- Comply with the outlined procedures for handling transactions involving cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Develop pricing labels and promotional posters for the inventory. Organize, label, and display items.
- Work and behave in a manner that is congruent with the foundational beliefs that define the company's identity.
- Exhibit and grasp the company's adherence to safety guidelines.
- Respond to telephone inquiries following the established guidelines of the company.
- Be responsive to requests for help in different departments within the store.
- Maintain accuracy while working in a high-paced setting.
Requirements of Branch Sales Executive
- Individuals must be of legal age, which is 18 years or above.
- Mastery of elementary math abilities.
- Customer service experience.
- Competence in handling numerous tasks simultaneously and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Some job roles may mandate the completion of forklift certifications offered by F&D.
- Where state law permits, individuals must pass a drug test to become certified in operating heavy equipment.
Working Conditions of Branch Sales Executive
- Employees may experience a warehouse environment and the presence of moving vehicles sporadically during their workday.
Physical/Sensory Requirements of Branch Sales Executive:
- Capacity to exert forces ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally, 20-30 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly when lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise handling objects.
- Using hands and fingers for handling or tactile purposes is a typical requirement for employees.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
