About the position

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms, engaging with followers and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email content and analyzing campaign performance using MailChimp.
  • Craft compelling written content, blog articles, and website copy, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, conduct keyword research, and monitor website traffic.
  • Develop digital content such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and resize/post graphics.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Monitor digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including display advertising, retargeting, and sponsored content.
  • Organize, optimize, resize, and distribute digital graphic assets under the direction of the Graphics Manager and Director of Marketing.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes such as lead nurturing, email marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
  • Update WordPress-based website content, ensuring site functionality and an optimized user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software (Mailchimp), WordPress, Canva, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and/or InDesign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling digital content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
