Production Engineer

Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite 5 days/week)

Travel: travel to North Dakota and Wyoming (once a month)

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base (DOE) plus bonus, medical, dental, vision

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.

We are partnering with a growing energy client seeking a Production Engineer to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on operational exposure and the chance to grow within a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of production engineering experience
• Experience in the Bakken play (North Dakota) with horizontal wells
• Exposure to pipeline operations and downhole production work
• Field operations experience in unconventional shale environments
• Experience working directly with field teams
• Strong communication skills and confidence to professionally challenge and collaborate with experienced field personnel
• Petroleum Engineer degree
