AT&T Account Associate (Entry-Level)

We are currently seeking an AT&T Account Associate to represent one of the nation’s leading telecom brands and support customers with products and services tailored to their needs.

This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing strong sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to explain AT&T products and services
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial inquiry to service activation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales
• Participate in daily training sessions to build product knowledge and professional skills
• Provide a positive, solution-focused customer experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 0–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
