**Essential Functions**

  • Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential customer

networks.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and work towards achieving long-term

success by nurturing positive relationships with clients.

  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues,

ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions, keeping accurate

records and providing insightful analysis.

  • Identify areas for improvement in sales performance and recommend

actions to capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Track sales account targets in alignment with company objectives,

ensuring consistent progress towards goals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of sales performance metrics and

utilize them to optimize your approach.

  • Actively monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor

developments, and share relevant information with sales management

for consolidation in our market sensing process.

  • Work with a diverse customer base with industry sectors that have

different value drivers (non-profit, conservation, profit, guest

transportation, etc.)

**Skills**

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with solid

computer skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also

delivering independent results.

  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills to effectively

communicate the value of our products and services.

  • Proficient in understanding sales performance metrics and utilizing

them to drive success.

  • Use of CRM, AI, and other advanced software tools
  • Superb ability to build and develop new relationships, fostering

trust and loyalty with clients.

  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others to

achieve desired outcomes.

  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.

  • Strong financial acumen to support negotiations, pay-back analysis,

etc.

  • Highly motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to

aggressively pursuing and closing business opportunities.
