We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead innovative engineering designs within our industrial and process projects. In this key role, you will:

• Create and review engineering designs ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications.
• Update design requirements and contribute to our technical knowledge management (TKM) through white papers and design documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
• Review draft proposals for adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and attend industry conferences to promote our services.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Supervise project work for less experienced engineers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as project demands arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPC projects for industrial/petrochemical clients.
• Proficiency with design software such as CAESAR, Autodesk (AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit), and Bluebeam.
• Capability in developing Equipment Data Sheets, package specifications, and Technical Bid Tabs.

Pay Range

$90,605 - $158,579
