Marketing Project Manager

ZimZee Recruiting is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives for a well-established organization serving global technical and aerospace-related markets. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional marketing projects, managing timelines and deliverables, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced communications environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1+ year of project coordination or project management experience
• Strong experience coordinating marketing, advertising, or communications-related initiatives
• Excellent organizational and deadline-management skills across multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates and reporting
• Experience supporting campaign execution, media coordination, or promotional activities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing, advertising, and public relations projects to ensure on-time delivery
• Serve as liaison between communications teams, internal departments, and third-party vendors
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively addressing risks and delays
• Support development and distribution of marketing campaigns, targeted mailing lists, and outreach initiatives
