Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Marketo Required

In this role, you accelerate pipeline and customer expansion for the Clinical Effectiveness line through hands-on digital marketing. You will own email marketing and marketing automation using Marketo Engage, and support ABM and digital activation across multiple ad platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft personalized, measurable digital experiences that align with revenue goals. The role combines technical execution with data-driven optimization and offers exposure to AI-enabled visibility initiatives. Rémunérations / Avantages

• Build, test, and deploy Marketo Engage email programs and nurture streams with dynamic content
• Manage global email governance, deliverability, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and preference center settings
• Assist ABM campaign setup in 6sense, including audience creation, intent targeting, and funnel activation
• Coordinate LinkedIn ad campaigns and ensure integration with Marketo workflows for cross-channel impact
• Support SEM, AI-based visibility efforts (Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads) and related reporting
• Develop end-to-end campaigns linking ads, landing pages, personalization, and email nurture; monitor performance and provide actionable insights
• Lead program and process improvements, including segmentation strategies, brand consistency, and budget tracking
• Ensure alignment with analytics, sales ops, and RevOps for accurate attribution and reporting via PowerBI, Salesforce, Marketo, and ad platforms

Responsabilités

• Adobe Marketo Engage (required)
• 3+ years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
• Experience with ABM platforms (6sense or similar) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads; AI tools a plus
• Salesforce CRM or similar CRM; web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
• HTML/CSS and email template editing a plus
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and email deliverability best practices
