What You’ll Do

Assist with light paralegal tasks such as preparing basic legal documents and correspondence
Support the Team Leader with administrative duties including:
Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
Assisting with IT and office systems
Answering phones and greeting clients
Running errands and handling office logistics
Bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
