Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads for large group health plans

Consult and advise brokers and clients on tailored health insurance solutions

Develop and present comprehensive health insurance proposals to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales of large group, self-funded health plans

Deep understanding of large group health insurance products and ACA compliance

Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

3+ years of experience in large group health plan sales preferred
