Key Responsibilities

Drive increased customer satisfaction and manage a team of Customer Enablement Account Managers

Utilize the team to manage revenue growth for key Global Strategic Customers in North America

Establish processes and programs to enhance customer scorecards and provide accurate forecasts for assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with direct management experience

Strong background with North American Semiconductor fabs

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform

Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a matrix environment

Strong background in data analysis, including Excel and database tools
