Licensed Senior Structural Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to perform structural analysis and design for building materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design primary and secondary structural framing systems and connection details for building projects

Maintain advanced proficiency in design software and serve as a subject matter expert

Collaborate with drafting teams and ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineering

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred

8 years of experience in steel or metal building design

Degree must be ABET-accredited and suitable for professional licensure

Preferred : Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
