Embedded Linux Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Embedded Linux Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services

Promote technologies and act as a trusted advisor to solve customer problems

Implement disciplined engineering processes and manage progress on agreed goals and projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Extensive experience with embedded Linux and Linux distributions (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust

Experience managing a small team and engaging with customers

Exceptional academic track record and professional proficiency in English
