Electrical Engineer - Defense Lead

A company is looking for an Electrical Engineer - Defense Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Drive design, development, and delivery of advanced power conversion systems for military applications

Oversee a multidisciplinary team to ensure technical excellence and compliance with MIL-SPEC requirements

Engage with customers to define product specifications, manage technical execution, and lead multi-year programs

Required Qualifications

A university degree (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks

Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
