Customer Solutions Collector

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector to assist customers with auto loan accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to assist customers with payment issues

Negotiate payment arrangements and understand reasons for delinquency

Document interactions and maintain professionalism while managing accounts

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field may substitute for experience

Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
