Customer Service Officer with Italian Spanish

A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with Italian / Spanish EVO.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders, acting as the main interface for order placement and follow-up
Handle customer complaints from reception to resolution
Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the chemical and automotive industry is an advantage
Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Distribution) or other ERP systems is a plus
Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Italian, with German as a merit
