California Communications Project Specialist

A company is looking for a Communications Project Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and rollout of communications strategies for statewide initiatives and projects

Draft, edit, and refine messaging materials for internal and external audiences

Coordinate communications support across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, or project communications

Experience developing stakeholder-facing communications materials

Strong project coordination skills, including managing deadlines and competing priorities

Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and message development
