Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information and support to a high volume of callers regarding health care plans and billing inquiries
Resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints while maintaining compliance with regulations
Maintain tracking logs of escalated patient correspondence and provide status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or call center
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to commit to full-time attendance during the training period
