Position Summary

We are excited to invite a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Surgical Neurophysiologist Trainee. This role provides a unique, paid training opportunity with mentorship in the expanding field of surgical neurophysiology. No prior neurodiagnostic experience is required—only a strong work ethic, scientific mindset, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, electrode application, and monitoring setup in the operating room
• Observe and support neurophysiological data collection during surgeries
• Participate in structured, supervised training to achieve CNIM eligibility
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to hospital safety and infection control protocols
• Travel to affiliated hospitals and surgical centers as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, biology, psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in clinical settings
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work early mornings and maintain professionalism in high-stress environments
• Desire to pursue CNIM certification
