This role is responsible for developing new business throughout the state of Kansas with a focus on the Wichita metropolitan area.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch Manager
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations
- Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Kansas City branch office
Compensation
- $60-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus
- Commission averages $30,000 the first year
- Guaranteed commission of $20,000 for the first 12 months (approximately $1,665 per month)
- Annual bonus potential of $12,500
- Total annual compensation averages $102,500 - $107,500

Qualifications
- B2B sales experience with prospecting
- Strong technical aptitude to learn about industrial equipment
- Industrial sales and capital equipment experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a current/valid driver's license with a clean record
