We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Executive Director of Marketing to lead strategic planning, guide high-impact campaigns, and drive brand growth. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds scalable processes, and knows how to align marketing with aggressive business goals.
As the Executive Director of Marketing, you will shape long-term marketing strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and strengthen our brand as we continue to scale quickly. You will work directly with senior leadership to ensure marketing is a major driver of company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth Leadership
- Lead long-term marketing strategy and annual planning.
- Create frameworks for brand growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging marketing channels.
- Build scalable strategies that support rapid organizational growth.
Campaign Strategy & Performance
- Direct integrated campaigns across digital, paid, social, and traditional channels.
- Ensure campaigns are insights-driven, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
- Review campaign performance and guide optimization based on data.
Brand Leadership & Creative Oversight
- Oversee brand voice, identity, and messaging frameworks.
- Guide creation of creative assets, content, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain strong brand governance across internal teams and external partners.
Marketing Operations & Process Improvement
- Build efficient marketing workflows that scale with company growth.
- Lead change management for new systems, tools, and processes.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and quality standards.
- Strengthen alignment across Marketing, Product, IT, and leadership teams.
Digital Strategy & Social Media Oversight
- Direct digital content strategy, website updates, and conversion-focused enhancements.
- Oversee social media strategy and brand engagement.
- Monitor online reviews, customer sentiment, and overall brand reputation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with strong experience in strategic planning and campaign leadership.
- Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations.
- Agency experience preferred (strategy, creative leadership, or account oversight).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts or experience in regulated industries (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Ability to translate big-picture vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
