Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support sales and marketing teams in aligning capabilities with business goals.
• Perform competitor analysis to compare market offerings with company capabilities.
• Assist with problem-solving by identifying, analyzing, and escalating issues.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Marketing and Sales Managers.
• Address basic issues under direct supervision; escalate complex matters as needed.
