Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter role at Techify Care is a contract, on-site position based in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The recruiter will coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate recommendations, and support hiring decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining applicant tracking systems, building talent pipelines for current and future roles, and collaborating closely with HR and technical leadership to align hiring needs with organizational goals. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics and contributing to continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing end-to-end hiring processes from job intake to offer acceptance.
• Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with proven success filling diverse technical and infrastructure roles.
• Experience with Hiring activities, including interview coordination, selection support, and candidate relationship management.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to assess technical resumes and match candidates to specialized IT roles across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and support domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting in IT services, managed services providers (MSPs), or technology consulting environments.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
