Entry-Level Sales Canvasser Hourly Plus Commission and Bonuses

Join Tailored Roofing and Remodeling Inc as an Outside Pre-Sales (OPS) Representative and let's kick start your career! With this position you will learn and practice goal setting and motivation, adaptability and communication. As an OPS Representative, you'll be responsible for generating potential customers and setting appointments for free no obligation inspections by canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door. These appointments will be set for Roofing Storm restoration after hail storms, as well as offering appointments for new Bathroom remodels, windows or Kitchens. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, and your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate leads and set appointments for free no obligation inspections
• Act as a brand ambassador for Tailored Roofing and Remodeling
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Self-motivated and results-driven individual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, enjoying fresh air and sunshine
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone
• Valid driver’s license
