Sales Associate - Wichita SweatHouz (Hourly + Commission)

SweatHouz Wichita is looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Associate to join our East and West Wichita teams. This is not a traditional front-desk position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable asking for the sale, and is motivated by goals, commission, and growth.

What You'll Do

• Connect with new guests and create an exceptional first experience
• Educate guests on SweatHouz services and memberships
• Convert introductory guests into members
• Follow up with leads and prospective members by phone and text
• Rebook guests and build long-term relationships
• Work toward individual and studio sales goals
• Help maintain a clean, polished, luxury wellness environment
• Support daily studio operations as needed

Compensation

$14/hour base + uncapped commission, with the opportunity to earn an additional $3–$5/hour
