Squeegee Squad of Wichita is hiring a full-time Assistant Field Supervisor to help lead and grow our Commercial Ground and Residential divisions. This is a leadership role, not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with real supervisory or team leadership experience who is confident managing crews, keeping the field organized, and coaching others toward excellence.

Industry experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right leader.

Base Pay

Compensation Plan & Earning Potential

• $850/week starting salary
• Increases to $900/week after a 60-day performance review

• Weekly bonuses based on completed jobs, upsells, and team readiness
• Additional incentives tied to team performance and operational quality
  
  

Monthly Profit Sharing

• After 60 days, you'll be eligible for monthly profit-sharing bonuses based on division performance
• High performers typically earn an additional $75–$250/month

Top supervisors who take ownership of their team, schedule, and equipment can exceed $60,000/year.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support field technicians
• Conduct weekly truck and equipment inspections
• Complete monthly unannounced tech checks (flyers, signs, job quality, supplies, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling and job coordination
• Step in to complete jobs as needed (window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.)
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
• Attend all staff and monthly technician meetings
• Submit weekly supervisor reports and maintain daily communication with office and crew
  
  

Training Includes

• Window and gutter cleaning
• House and roof washing (vinyl, brick, wood, etc.)
• Pressure washing (decks, concrete, siding)
• Ladder safety, ProGuard installation, and field marketing
• Video-based and hands-on instruction Training begins after application and handbook review.

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Friday, starting at 7:45 AM
• Scheduled to work 1st & 3rd Saturdays (extra pay available)
• Occasional weekend availability required for emergency or priority calls

• Confidence in leading a team and handling real-time challenges
• Willingness to lead from the front and hold others accountable
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform hands-on work
