We are searching for passionate individuals to become a part of our dynamic Outside Sales Team. In this role, you'll be working directly with potential customers within a designated territory, showcasing how our cutting-edge security systems can meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Engaging with qualified leads and prospective customers in your territory.
  • Conducting in-home consultations to educate customers and build customized security solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Utilizing sales tools to enhance productivity and streamline the sales process.
  • Upholding the values of Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity.

What we look for in candidates

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.

Compensation Overview

  • Uncapped commission structure paid weekly.
  • Top earners make between $70,000 to $125,000.
  • Average compensation is $426 per package, with approximately 9 installations per month.
  • Monthly bonuses that can range from $750 to $2,000.

Physical Requirements

The role demands the ability to work outdoors for around 90% of the time, in various weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to assist individuals with disabilities.
