Duties

• Greet potential customers with energy and professionalism, establishing rapport and understanding their home improvement needs
• Present product options, features, and benefits clearly to help clients make informed decisions
• Conduct on-site consultations or virtual assessments to evaluate project scope and provide tailored recommendations
• Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction from initial consultation through project completion
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales progress in the company database
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and promotional offers to effectively communicate value propositions

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the home improvement or related industry
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their home goals
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities to understand customer needs thoroughly
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of home improvement products or willingness to learn technical details quickly
• Prior experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
