Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Consultant

Execute daily outreach to promote and sell the full AT&T product suite, including AT&T Fiber Internet, AT&T Wireless plans, and AT&T streaming TV services.
Conduct personalized consultations to identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T bundles for home connectivity, mobile data, and entertainment.
Manage the complete AT&T sales cycle from initial contact through to service activation and account setup.
Document all customer interactions, service selections, and sales outcomes accurately in our company's CRM system.
Analyze your territory's performance data for AT&T product penetration and identify new growth opportunities.
Coordinate with our support team to resolve AT&T service inquiries and ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
