Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Digital Media Specialist to support company-wide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, and digital presence. In this role, you will assist with marketing campaigns, maintain online business profiles, support reporting and analytics, coordinate marketing materials, and help manage digital and internal communication platforms. Your work helps ensure our clinics are represented accurately and consistently while supporting patient engagement and brand growth.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field strongly preferred.

1–3 years of experience in web design and website management is required.

Must reside in Wichita or Kansas City metropolitan area.

Skills

Work Context

Communication

You will communicate regularly with clinic staff, leadership, marketing partners, and outside vendors (such as printers, web vendors, or marketing agencies) to coordinate marketing materials, gather updates, and support marketing initiatives.

Role Relationships

You will work closely with leadership, marketing partners, and clinic teams to support company marketing efforts. Some coordination with outside vendors and service providers will also occur.

Responsibility for Others

You support marketing consistency and brand presence across clinics. You do not supervise staff.

Conflictual Contact

Low. You may occasionally follow up with team members to collect marketing updates, meet deadlines, or resolve small issues.

Travel and Driving

Occasional driving may be required to visit clinic locations, attend meetings, support marketing initiatives, or coordinate marketing activities in local markets.

Work Setting

Hybrid work environment with the majority of work performed remotely from home. Occasional in-person work may occur at clinic locations, company meetings, events, or training sessions as needed.

Environmental Conditions

Standard indoor office environment. Occasional travel by car or air may be required for company events or marketing support.

Low physical risk. Work is primarily computer-based with occasional light lifting of marketing materials or event supplies.

Accurate marketing coordination, communication, and brand management support clinic growth, patient engagement, and the company’s overall reputation. This role requires strong diligence to ensure information is accurate and compliant. Errors may result in inconsistent branding, incorrect public information, compliance concerns, wasted advertising expenditure, or delays in marketing initiatives.

Many tasks are recurring and process based. At times, you will assist with time-sensitive marketing projects, campaigns, or requests that require flexibility and prioritization.

Pace and Scheduling

The pace varies depending on campaign timelines, reporting cycles, and marketing initiatives. The role requires balancing ongoing responsibilities with new requests and shifting priorities.

Primary Job Duties

Build, manage, and maintain company websites and ensure content remains accurate and up to date.

Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles for all clinic locations.

Monitor, manage, and respond to Google reviews in accordance with company guidelines.

Optimize website and digital content for search engine performance (SEO).

Design, refine, and analyze Google digital advertising campaigns.

Track digital advertising performance and adjust campaigns to improve results.

Prepare reports summarizing performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Complete monthly analytics reports for Meta platforms and other social media channels.

Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all print and digital platforms.

Design marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, printed materials, and website content.

Support the sales team by creating and coordinating printed marketing materials.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with FCC and HIPAA regulations.

Track clinical specializations across clinics and ensure website and marketing content remain accurate.

Create and distribute monthly patient newsletters and physician newsletters.

Collaborate with Human Resources on the monthly associate bulletin.

Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing initiatives that strengthen clinical presence in local markets.

Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.

Order promotional materials for community events and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate new clinic photoshoots and marketing asset creation.

Monitor marketing spending and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.

Utilize the EMR system to generate patient reporting data used for marketing analysis.

Forecast and track marketing and sales trends.

Analyze marketing performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Gather and analyze competitor information including pricing, services, marketing strategies, and distribution methods.

Attend in-person meetings and travel to clinic locations as needed.

Utilize generative AI tools in a HIPAA-compliant manner to improve workflow efficiency.
