We’re looking for a Marketing & Lease-Up Specialist who understands property management and knows how important great marketing, accurate systems, and strong team support are to a successful community. You’ll work alongside our property teams to market available apartments, maintain online listings, support leasing initiatives, keep property management systems and records accurate, prepare reports, and help team members navigate systems and processes. You may also provide training to help create consistency and effectiveness across the company.

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you: Have previous property management experience.

• Understand leasing, resident experience, and property operations.
• Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Enjoy helping onsite teams solve problems.
• Are comfortable working with property management technology and reports.
• Can balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Bring some marketing creativity to the table. Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar property management software is preferred.
