About the Role

As a Senior Municipal Projects Engineer, you will play a crucial leadership role within our multidisciplinary team, focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for land development projects. These include a variety of sectors such as mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports venues, schools, and more. Your expertise will guide complex projects, while you also ensure quality standards through rigorous QA/QC processes and mentoring of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design on complex projects with a focus on quality and sustainability.
• Execute and oversee QA/QC plans to maintain the highest standards in project deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members in technical design processes to elevate overall team expertise.
• Provide advisory support on challenging projects, collaborating with project managers as needed.
• Conduct thorough checks on plans and deliverables to ensure quality control.

Qualifications

You are a great fit for this role if you have

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) with experience supervising technical teams.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
