Communications Intern

About the role

As a Communications intern, you will share the mission, vision, and values of MKC with both customers and employees. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate communications within the food and beverage manufacturing sector.

What you'll do

• Assist with the layout, design, and writing of company newsletters and other publications.
• Generate content for various platforms.
• Manage social media postings.
• Design and update communication materials.
• Build materials for the annual meeting.

What you'll need

• Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A creative mindset and a willingness to try new things.
• Comfort with professional conversations in person and over the phone.

• Location: Wichita, Kansas.
• Term: Summer 2027.
• Status: Full-time, on-site, and paid internship.
