Sales Representative (Entry Level, Recent Graduates Welcome)

About us

Midwest Service Bureau is a Wichita based company that helps businesses recover what they're owed. We're building a new sales team and are looking for driven, coachable people who want to launch a career in business to business sales.

The role

You'll call local and regional businesses, introduce our services, and book conversations for our team. This is a phone first role. You'll make a high volume of calls every day, learn to handle objections, and build a pipeline from scratch.

New hires start with a 4 week paid training class where you'll learn our services, our sales process, and how to run a great call. Top performers move into a permanent role on the team.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to businesses across the region
• Learn what each business needs and explain how we can help
• Track your calls and follow ups in our CRM
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals
• Learn from coaching and call reviews every week

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree, completed in 2024 or later preferred
• Comfort talking to strangers on the phone all day
• Competitive drive. Athletes, student leaders and anyone who has hit a sales or fundraising target, we want to hear from you
• Coachability and a strong work ethic
• Experience in sales, call centers, serving or customer service is a plus but not required
• Available to start right away
