Senior Manager, Product Management – Aerospace & Defense

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategy, growth, and financial performance of a portfolio of Aerospace & Defense products. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a commercially minded product leader who can translate customer needs and market opportunities into profitable business growth.

You’ll operate with a general manager mindset, owning product-line performance while partnering across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Own product-line revenue, bookings, profitability, pricing, and market growth.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with aerospace OEMs, defense primes, government agencies, and strategic customers.
• Identify emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and new product opportunities.
• Develop business cases and prioritize investments to maximize portfolio ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence, align priorities, and drive execution.
• Represent product strategy and performance with customers and senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Business Development, Program Management, or a related leadership role.
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success owning P&L, pricing, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
