Our Team

Koch Communications and Marketing (KCM) is dedicated to delivering value through strategic communication and global marketing initiatives for Koch and its affiliated companies. While our headquarters is located in Wichita, Kansas, we also have teams and operations in Atlanta, Georgia, and around the world. What You Will Do

In this role, you'll contribute to shaping strategy and driving operational enhancements across Koch Communications & Marketing (KCM). You will play a key role in facilitating the execution of projects within a creative marketing context as efficiently as possible. Working alongside the KCM Creative Operations team, you will ensure clarity in objectives, enforce processes, allocate resources effectively, and maintain open communication with various stakeholders.

  • Manage creative projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, resource management, and mitigation of risks.
  • Enhance efficiency and transparency by standardizing workflows, briefs, and reporting practices.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for Adobe Workfront, promoting its adoption, optimization, and reporting maturity.
  • Utilize data and insights to support forecasting, resource allocation, and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Creative Operations and Video on process enhancements across KCM.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a similar role within a marketing agency or an in-house creative team, blending strategic vision with practical execution.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Workfront's work management system for project oversight, billing, and reporting.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while adhering to time and budget constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience in website management, video production, and executing marketing campaigns.
