• Develop and implement technology products and solutions to support marketing initiatives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters within the marketing team.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Create and maintain product development roadmaps and make adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology products.
• Train and support marketing team members in utilizing new technology products and tools.
• Conduct regular evaluations of technology products and recommend improvements or updates as needed.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of technology products, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and marketing strategies to continuously improve and innovate our products and processes.
